Disappointed. Started loading day on his diet yesterday yet sticking to low carb
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What do you mean by "loading". If you ate more than usual, then that is most likely the cause of the gain. It can also be from many other factors such as too much sodium, exercise, medications, stress, sickness, inflammation, etc. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.
