Well Im somewhat stuck right now, I think I need to mix up my diet so that the weight will start to drop again. Im not going to give up, just change things a bit
179.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My weight stalled for a few days, too. I read that sometimes the body will respond to a drastic diet change by holding onto water for a little longer than usual, because it thinks things will go back to "normal". Once it realizes that this is the new normal, it releases the water and the stall is over. Don't know how accurate that is (read it online), but I'm hoping it's true! I do know that sometimes the scale won't budge, but I'll still be losing inches, so maybe that's it for you... Just don't get discouraged, you can do this :)
