Arrevanthas's Journal, 28 December 2014

So today I have vowed is my fresh start. I am going to start loving myself once again. No more negative self talk. I am not going to actually wait for the new year since it does fall within this week and thanks to an OCD, I have to start it today. I don't like starting in the middle of the week. Anyhow, I haven't been working out the last 3 days. I blame a combination of no motivation but also been sick. I am going to pick back up where I left off though. I will attempt a 60 second plank but I don't have any hope of being able to hold it. If not, then I will have to start back at the beginning and try to build my way back up to it. It's kind of funny how even taking 3 days off can effect me that much but oh well.

Today is a new day. A new start. Change is in the air...I can feel it so I am going to take that energy and run with it. Off to start my day everyone. Let's hope I can keep this up! 2015...I embrace you with open arms, a light heart and a determination to achieve my goals! You are going to be MY year. *insert determined look*

EDIT:
Since I believe in doing things today since it is the beginning of the week for me, here are my updated measurements.

Bust: 45
Chest: 39
Waist: 40
Abdominal: 47
Hips: 45
Thigh (L/R): 25.5.5/26
Calf (L/R): 15.5/15.5
Arm (L/R): 13.5/13.5
Hip-to-Waist Ratio: 0.89
Body Fat%: 40.4

The changes...my thighs have gained about an 0.5" and my arms gained an 0.5" which makes me really happy. Hip-to-Waist ratio is down by 0.01 but hey, it's a loss! And...lastly...my Body Fat%...it went up sadly. Oh well...gotta keep pushing.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Speed 1.0 is still very fun. I don't know why but I really like this workout. There is a couple of moves that I struggle with but somehow, I make it through. I still find myself enjoying this workout series so far. The teaching style and such...it's really nice and with the modifications, I still feel like I am getting quite the workout...then I look at my burn and yeah...that goal has been accomplished lol!

Plank: So...I was able to do it but I put my knees down like 3 times. It's a little disheartening but I can't let it defeat me. I will try again tomorrow doing another 60 second plank instead of the 90 until I can do it. :)

*Steps Taken (Goal-5000): TBA

*# Cups of Water (Goal-14 cups): TBA

Good for you!! I also am better starting with a new week. Some OCDC as well, especially about clutter.
