I stopped eating white stuff 7 month's ago. Once every two weeks I have have one meal of what ever I want, as much as I want. Lot's of meat, lettuce wrapped sandwiches, fish and seafood, grilled low carb veggies, low carb fruits and nuts Feel pretty good. Changed new goal weight to 199.
