I was supposed to eat 200 grams of protein today but ended up eating only 58. i ate allot of fat and allot of carb.

I really don't like looking at food like: fat, carb. protein but i have to learn and understand.
I will study the tables better and understand what's good and what is not good to eat.
From calorie point of view im doing fine and im feeling full( so much fat in my intake)

The other days I was having 2 bananas but decide to cut the intake to 1 banana as the scale was not moving right and here I am bit less weight.

I will take the chart with the fat/carb/protein calorie and will identify what are the best foods that are compatible with my diet and will try to eat as close to the rules as possible.
