I walked into the gym pretty P*ssed off last night. P*ssed at my body for not being able to take the abuse that I've been putting it through; and pissed at myself for allowing it to happen.
I slowly limped over to the first machine, popped in my headphones, turned up the volume and smashed it.

the no pain no gain anger workout ... nice. still, if you are injured, you know better to recover for the long run versus hurting yourself further. be careful, chad.

Agreed! I'll admit, I certainly enjoy angry workouts. But, if you're nursing an injury, you need to let your body recover and not make matters worse. I know it sucks...been there before. Hope you heal up soon!
