Omarpal's Journal, 16 December 2014

I've reached my goal of 185 lbs. 366 days after starting on my healthier living quest. The first few months were the hardest but they were also the most satisfying. I've learned a lot about nutritional facts and I've made a lot of changes about my eating habits and moderation. I'm happy with my progress so far but I feel like there's always work to be done.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
