Greetings my Buddies!

Time is flying by quickly with work and activities! I continue to watch my food and try to increase my proteins and reduce my carbs, and to drink my water up to 96oz. or more per day.

I am missing my logging some days...but not from eating "bad" stuff...just busy!

The 12 Days of Christmas workouts at
Orange Theory Fitness continue!

Four minutes of rowing, three minutes of squats, two minutes of push-ups and one minute of burpees! Tomorrow, we go to day five!

The new word of the week
is MODERATION.

I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
