Happy Turkey Day everyone!

All - enjoy your time today with family, friends, etc. It's a time to reflect and celebrate, watch football, and relax. Our family celebrates it tomorrow, since we have in-laws, etc. who celebrate today. It works.

So for me today - a good dose of cardio, cleaning the house, some studying, some football, and then when MBH gets back from helping my MIL prep for tomorrow, going to go see "Horrible Bosses 2". Didn't think this one would come back for a sequel - but secretly, so glad it has. Then we will see what's open for dinner, and get a bite to eat.

Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful for all the support on this site, my buddies, and what this site has meant to me in my lifestyle change.

Cheers.

Did you know the Turkey was almost the American national bird? It's true. You can look it up. It makes sense when you consider it was a staple for the founders of the nation. On the other hand, the presidential seal would look extremely odd. Happy Thanksgiving, my American friends. We already had ours. We'll be by for pie.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, enjoy your families and friends. A thought yesterday morning is to take a few and reflect on how far each has come on the journey to be health and fit. My thoughts also went to the many positive changes this journey has made in my entire life. Actually the wild turkeys are interesting birds. I see them now and then in the park behind my house and often when I'm in the country. The eagle though is cool and majestic. I love watching them play in the thermals, when I'm working in my yard and see them, I'll stop, sit and just watch them . Also interesting is both birds were really rare not too many years ago and have made incredible comebacks.
