Ate ok yesterday. Did have some carb's (acorn squash). Also went out for game night and drank wine and ate chips/hummis. Lots of salt anyway.
136.7 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
