I'M SORRY, YOU GUYS...But i binged these last 2 days, yesterday and today. LOOK AT MY FOOD LOG! ITS INSANE, ISN'T IT!? PLEASE DON'T BE ME!!! i know i messed up, but i will looked forward to the future, i mean ive been worse. I weighed 180 before, i should be okay since i lost a lot of weight, i will try to do mountain climbers or something. Ill try to run for an hour straight and burn it off tomorrow. IM SO SORRY. THis has been happening almost every weekend. I hope i really lose more weight to get to my goal. i weigh myself every tuesday, so i still have time to lose weight. I WILL NOT GIVE UP! i will eat less, but eat less fat and carbs, and more protein for my workouts. i hope it wont be worse on thanksgiving. Wish me luck... please... :'( i think i gained about 8 pounds so i will stop eating, for the girl I love! #KEEPMOVIN, #ITGOESUP (\S/) :D

Don't beat yourself up! You ate some cookies and marshmallows. That kind of stuff will hurt you, so eat healthy. Keep doing the running and workouts and soccer, any kind of movement, even just walking. Good luck on your next weigh in!

Don't worry there, guy. Also, don't worry about doing penance by doing more exercise - that just gives you one more thing to fail at and feel guilty over, and it can also be an excuse ahead of time to go ahead and binge. Own the binge. Get the calories back in line. You'll be fine.

Thanks so much you guys! :) one question though: Do you think 1000 crunches is good to lose weight, or how about (3) 2-minute planks with 30 sec. rest? ^_^

A one hour jog is only 400 calories. This is why keeping calories in check is so important.

yeah, I check calories too, only usually every other weekend I tend to binge that's all hehe, thanks for the tip, Bruce :D

We all have a binge here and there. The important thing is to recognize it and work towards being better and staying on program. Working out, you need to get both cardio getting the heart rate up and muscle work to really keep things on a healthy swing. I think you are doing marvelous.

Don't beat yourself up. We all have rough days. Try to figure out what triggers your weekend binges.
