Happy Halloween Folks! Boooo! (Oh those little snickers, those kit kats, etc. Danger danger. :)

Not our official anniversary, but our first date Hallow-anniversary (yes, we had our first date on Halloween), for us. MBH and I heading out for a date as every year the kids are with their friends and our ex's on Halloween. Works out. We don't buy treats (grrr, though MBH did - uh, why? ha!) ... and we head out for dinner. Nada( hipster mexican place here in Cincy) ... for some treats ourselves.

But ... weight training day:
Side/front/side planks
Chin/Pull Ups / Hanging Leg Raises
DB Pistol Squats / Shoulder shrugs w/scaption
Cable Rows
DB Burpees with push up/row to box jump
Weighted corkscrews
Good Mornings
Dips w/leg lifts
Sprints then 30 minutes on recumbent bike

Weights and Measures - all great. biceps/chest/thigh all remaining same while i drop another 1/4 inch off belly - near 32". Happy.

Now - just to control myself this weekend, as we are all saying, with the candy. :)
150.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great plan, enjoy your Halloween anniversary date. I would be looking for the Reese Cups and Milky Ways from my kids bags to throw in the freezer.
