Nanas diet's Journal, 30 October 2014

Boss asked me to cut my lunch time short. It would have been easy to skip my pre-lunch walk and just eat, but I didn't. Still did 0.86mi in 13min. Feeling good about my efforts. Figuring what to eat is still difficult.
