OK, then! Saturday is my official weigh in day. Woke up at 207.0, down .6 from last night. Did 16:8 fasting and then an hour of weight lifting. I then did 30 minutes on the treadmill at various grades. I found a new setting on my treadmill after all these years that allows me to ramp up the intensity of the speed on the pre-selected workout patterns, so that's a lot of fun. Did not do HIIT today as my knees were still feeling it from last night's hour. After 30 minutes, I got to thinking that weights and 30 minutes of treadmill were enough. But I wanted my blue line back! I told myself that if I weighed in at 206.5, I could stop, but otherwise, I would do another 30 minutes. I stripped, hopped on the Tanita, and got... 206.6! Back to work! And I'm glad I did because when I stepped off again I got a beautiful 204.8 reading. For everyone who does 30 minutes on treadmills, I'm telling you that the second 30 minutes always produces MUCH more sweat (for me at least). After 30 minutes, my headband is damp, but squeezing it does not result in water coming out. After 60 minutes, I'm getting a good half a cup. Something to consider. Have a great weekend, everyone! I get the same sweat effect when I walk but it's my scrunchi that gets soaked and I have to dry out my hair before I can weigh in. There's no point in sweating if it stays on you lol.

I would love to get a treadmill. Got to save the money. I bought a stationary bike last year. =)
