yipeee! flat to yesterday!

its still my lady time and lately it causes a weight drop and plus I like to see weight stable for at least a week before I get too excited - but I'm really feeling awesome!

body feels more slender and less bloated. I'm keeping get my food back to basic and cutting get out dairy like yogurt and kwark, I'm also going to limit cheese. keep my eating to good foods like eggs, chicken, and pork/steaks. lunches at the moment will be 2 boiled eggs and half a can of tuna.
hopefully by doing this I'll be able to keep the extra weight off. .. fingers crossed :-)
128.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
