DAY 10 of BEING who *I* want to be by DOING what *I* say *I* will do! :)

It's another great day for me. It started off with the scale # moving down,having a protein breakfast that was mmm mmm good (bacon & eggs with picante)!
When I got dressed I found I could FIT into a pair of long shorts that I wasn't able to even get the button to meet the button hole earlier in the week! When *I* say FIT,that is what I mean. I didn't lay down & squeeeeeeeeeze into them forcing them to nearly slice me in two before it cut off my ability to breath.NO! FIT! I pulled them up with no problem & slipped the button into its hole with the GREATEST of ease! :) Need I say that I was elated?! :)
Then I sat down to read what my buddies were up to (or down to) :) & that always makes me smile! I commented on a few & touched the heart of others in support of their goals. I introduced myself to a new group that I believe will help me keep my momentum going HIGH & then I went for my walk.......
The day just kept placing gratitude in my path! :)I had forgotten how totally *sensually* *appealing* it feels to *move* in a garment that has space for my body to breath! What a *complete* delight! I can hardly stand to wait until the end of the month to measure & see how many inches I have lost but I *will* refrain myself. (1) Because I want to just *revel* in THIS celebration,(2) This month my focus is on DOING what *I* say *I* will do & *I* said I would measure at the end of the month! & (3)I can use the wait as training in my self-control. :)

WFN- If they fall off I'm ok with that LOL....I have *boxes* marked "16","14" ,"12", "10", "8" "7" & "4" just waiting for me to wear LOL . An ex- co-worker asked me," Wont they be outdated ? " My reply...."*I* wear clothes that *I* like,that are *my* style. Whether they are considered "in style" by another or not really doesn't matter to me." :) At THIS moment,the boxes marked 16 are sitting out in the bottom of my closet,calling to me,louder & louder! :)

Have to laugh..I also go for comfort. I'm way over that have to be "in style" thing. Most of my stuff is pretty basic so not much concern. At 65 I wear what works for me. I've mostly run out of my too small clothes, a few tops left. Maybe some dresses, but I almost never wear dresses. All these too big clothes are going to the salvation army, not stored. I'm never ever going to fit into them again.

WFN, thats exactly how I feel about my too big clothes. As soon as I have to keep tugging at them to keep them on,they're gone! :) No coming back!
