Loving my new treadmill and ordered the iFit Module for it. It does have a Mesquite 5K loaded in it and true to the word it adjusts the inclines to compensate for the terrain that google gives it. I tried that yesterday. Had to walk some of it but I completed it in 51 minutes. I cannot wait until my module gets here because I can load my 5K here on it and practice and can actually train for the Bloomsday 12K with the killer hill....

Scale is moving downward and Onederland is back in sight.

We are talking about going to MD for Christmas and seeing my daughter and touring DC. Have some vacation time to finish up so this would be a great way to do so.

That sounds like a lot of fun! I might go to the DC VA area for December time as well. Never been there but have an uncle there. That will be a nice vacation for you.

I have never been either Lizzy, but my husband has and he loves DC. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I've been using the ifit for 3 years now. Mine was one of the first so it was a challenge to get the scenery stuff working, but the ability to program my own runs in it, and track my progress, has been wonderful. Enjoy!

Oh Dairy King I am so glad to hear a good review! I purchased the module hesitantly because of all the mixed reviews. :)

There is an online community at ifit.com that can help you solve any problem or issue you might have. Kind of like FS for runners.

I'll be walking through one of the city parks in France in the morning. Let me know how it goes when you get your module. I know quite a few people with Ifit modules watch the scenery on their laptops, Ipads, or Nook when they walk or run.
