Goal .. Broke 180 this morn .. Will give it a couple of days to solidify the losses and then decide on next goal or just slowly raising calories until I hit maintanance.
Tale of the tape -- Started at 205, this morn 179.9, -25lbs ..
179.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
