I love carbs! Oh gosh bread, cereal, fruits, rice, etc. almost impossible to stick to 20g per day, that's like 80 calories of carbs? I really admire those who can and wish I could. I'll keep trying...

If 20 g of carbs don't work for you try something else. I've been losing lots and I don't follow that. I just watch my calories and sodium, make most of my carbs fruits veggies and dairy. I keep pasta, rice, and bread to a minimum. I also make sure most of my fats are the good plant kind. I could never stick to hflc. If you don't like it you can't stick to it long term. Find something that works for YOU. One size does not fit all.

HI there! I watch my total calorie, but is it good to limit to carbs to 20g?

Thanks so much, and sorry I missed your comments.. I haven't been here for a while, too miserable from non-stop pigging out! Trying to get back on track. Will stick to fruits and cut down on bread (I love bread!! Haha)
