Today I wieghed 94.40 in the morning before my excercise (93.75 after it). I am trying a free and personalized diet, in which the main objective is to switch from glycolysis to KETOSIS.
I have been in this diet for about 8 days, not including weekend and Mexican "Fiestas Patrias" (one of those days I drank 12 beers and 750ml of Tequila shots) and that didn't seem to affect my weight, althoug I am trying to lower down my alchol consumption.
Anyway, my first 3 days of this diet were awful I was craving for everything: chocolate, lemon water, avocadoes, "tortillas" and of course beers, ron & whisky. But once Ketosis kicks in, it becomes easier.
My real objective is to strengthen my will to accomplish greater goals (I don't care much about the looks, althoug its a plus and a natural consecuence); after diet I will go on with alcohol, PMP certification, Master's Degree and having my own Business.
