Today, I'm down to 186.8!

I've broken through the 187-plateau (thank you, dehydration) and I'm going to keep going. First order of business is to rehydrate! It feels really good to be back in control.

I am officially on pocketbook probation for spending the money I saved for a house repair on clothes instead. That saved me a lot of eating this weekend. Friday night we bought frozen drinks at the grocery store before going out to dance all night (burn those calories). Saturday we revisited the grocery store for a prepared salad, parfait, and water for a picnic lunch at the park to listen to the music festival. Sunday, I got a free bagel at church and all of the rest of my meals were at home. Monday, I forgot my lunch so I had an apple and orange for lunch, oatmeal for snack, and I was able to make it home to prepare dinner. I made it through the weekend spending only $12 of my grocery money :-)

Yesterday was weird because I kept having to pee...that's why I was dehydrated this morning. I couldn't keep water in me. For my outfit this morning, I am wearing a skirt that had gotten uncomfortably tight for being a size 14. Now it fits just right again. I'm still a 14. Hope to be a 12 for 2015. It seems everyone is a 14, so all the options are sold out when I go in the stores. There seems to be more size 12s on the rack...so that's my goal :)
