Another day. Another Dollar well maybe. What are some of your favorite foods that you still eat in moderation? For me--Peanut Butter Cookies YUM

Everything. I haven't given anything up, just changed portion sizes. FYI the New Britain Rock Cats (New Britain, CT) are changing their affiliate from the Twins to the Rockies. Who is in Double A that I should be keeping an eye on?

frozen yogurt, blue bunny caramel praline crunch, only 120cal per serving and 20g carb, even has a little fiber in it too

Nutella and chips, I'm simple, hehe

Peanut butter out of the jar , cool whip and an occasional brownie

Coffe with cream, with sugar, I used to drink 3 cups a day and since last week I'm only drinking 1 cup of 5 oz. I told my nutritionist I can't drink coffee with stevia, it will kill the only pleasure I have in life, but I cut out sugar on everything else.

Chocolate! I keep a jar of candy at work to share, and occassionally I'll have one of the dark chocolates. Yum!

I'm with CMR, Nothing is off limits but the portion is smaller, I make sure I exercise that day and I try to cut some calories on other meals. But if there is one thing I just couldn't give up is PIZZA. You haven't had pizza until you had it in the NJ/NY area.

Nothing is really off limits for me, however I choose to rarely eat brownies and ice cream. I should go back to no beer, that was better for me. After vacation will do so.
