Weight held through the weekend in spite of some poor food choices. My neighbor was given some apples so we got together yesterday afternoon and made apple pies. I ended up eating 2 pieces. Ouch!

For me, Mondays are always good for getting back on track.

I'm amazed at your weight results, especially if your suffer with insulin resistance. I can't go near fruit anymore, and I don't really miss it. I can add it back in once I get to my goal.

Yeah, Buffy, me too; ate apple pie last night with homemade cinnamon ice cream. I'm not insulin resistant, but I am apparently willpower resistant.

LOL... me also willpower resistant, just a finished up the sinful triple dark chocolate brownie fudge ice cream. Now it won't call my name any more.
