OMG I thought I was never going to lose weight again. I was doing a roller coaster for the last 2 weeks up 2 down 1. I could have posted it here but it would have been admitting to myself that I was failing my diet or my diet was failing me. I refused to go down without a fight. I do need help with picking a diet. All I am doing is setting my limits but still eating all the wrong foods. I count every food that I eat. Including if I cook with butter or margarine. I have tried adding more green food to my plate and less carbs and less sodium. When I go food shopping I look at the nutrition before I buy it. If the sodium is over 500 I won't eat it. Carbs on the other hand I am having a harder time with. I try to keep it below 30 for each item I am eating. Can anyone tell me what my daily requirements should be for someone 5'4 and weighs 181.4 pounds? Thank you everyone for reading my crazy post.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

One thing that could help is to always eat more protein than carbs or fats. You want to maintain balance but increasing your lean proteins might move you along again.
