OMG so so hard.... did everything the same this week but gained 2 pounds... i think it's the rice and fried fish i ate this week, my exercise is all the same. Hoping next week will be better.... :(
205.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Maybe you're just retaining water from too much carbs. Don't get discuraged. Weight loss isn't linear. I think you were losing your water weight until now and now you started burning fat. That goes slower. Everything is fine as long as you are doing everything you can to lose weight, you will get to your goal. Step on the scale in a few days and lay off the carbs until then.

yes i will, snezica. that's my new goal, cut back on the carbs... we'll see next weigh in. Thank you.

Sometimes it happens dont get down on yourself, losing weight is 80% mental 20% deit and exercise Hang in there and stay the course.

You could've gained muscle. The scale can be deceiving at times.

Make sure you take your measurements the same days you weigh in. Sometimes, you may not lose anything on the scale, but you'll see a drop in the tape measurement. Keep up the good work. Don't give up! You're doing great!

The breading on the fish and the rice could be the culprits. Snezica is right. Watch your carb intake. Hang in there.
