Did barbell complexes today.
Clean, front squat, press, back squat, press. I did 3 sets doing 5 reps per move, then 2 sets of 3 reps per move. 20lb on the bar, so not much, but very tiring since I've not worked out in months (since before baby). It feels good to move.

Today also first full day tracking food after a long while.
