I got down to 158 for my wedding, but something has happened and I just keep gaining no matter what I do. :'( I just don't understand. going to start a low carb and low calorie diet.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everyone's body and dieting style is a bit different. The low carb works for me. Get some of those Emerald brand 100 calorie pack almonds (found mine at Walmart) of every flavor...cocoa, vanilla, smoked! The smoked net out to only 1 carb per pack. The others are only 2 carbs per pack. When you start feeling like you need to eat, hungry or not, you have many bites in that little snack pack. And yes, you need to drink more water, but for me a carbonated caffeine-free coke zero gives me that FULL feeling, which helps me stick to my diet plan. We all have to do what works for us. So you find what works for you Mrs. Duval. You are beautiful in the picture above. You are beautiful now at whatever your number is. But if you feel good about yourself, you will be more beautiful. You can do it. Plan you meals for tomorrow today. I'll be praying for you to be strong and positive!

Thank you so much. I will definitely look into them. And its hard to feel beautiful when I have gained this much in such a short time lol. But thank you again.
