I'm trying to eat better but the late night cravings are hard. Last night my daughter made brownies and I wanted to eat the whole darn pan. I didn't I ate popcorn with my son and split the bag well I had 3/4 of it I'm sure. Then I ate two cucumbers later cause I was bored I think. GO TO BED FATTY
298.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
