5 weeks left in my bulk, I'm guessing that I will be hitting 185 before it's over, which is fine. Excited to see the mirror results when I get back down to 170 again. the results of my last bulk were very satisfying.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am glad you are able to do this. I am having a hard time bulking because I am scared of getting fat again. I'm doing it, but in very small calorie increments. I am eating 2800 fairly clean calories per day and gaining about .5 pound per week. What are you at?

I'm just eating clean, not counting the calories but keeping the macros in check. After doing this a couple times now, I have come to the conclusion that while on a strict exercise regimen like we are, it actually takes a positive effort to "get fat". Obviously if you eat Ice cream an twinkies every night while doing it you will get fat again, but eating clean calories, you wont. I weighed in at a massive 183 lbs this morning, and remeasured my body fat. It's 13% now according to the military method, 2 weeks ago it was 14%, and I was 177. The scale plays tricks on your mind even more so when bulking. You just have to learn to let go.

I'm gaining about 1-1.5 per week, with body fat still steadily dropping.
