Back is feeling much better so I decided to jog again today, oh how I have missed you jogging. I was surprised at that because I really don't consider myself a die hard runner but maybe I am turning into one. The one thing I am happy about today's run is, even though I didn't run last week I didn't lose any time, yay! Now I just need to keep up my stretching exercises so that I keep my back strong.
