As of Saturday, I hit the 75 mile mark for the "75 in 31 Challenge". Good thing as other demands are keeping me from the gym today, and I'll be traveling for the rest of the month (but plan to find some running trails on vacation).

I won't be logging in again until I return, but wanted to make sure my progress was logged before the end of the challenge.

Saturday's workout was a nice little circuit from the driveway. My husband even joined me. We did 5 rounds of hill sprints, single-arm squat press (thrusters), and plank jacks with knee tucks. He said he was pretty sore on Sunday. It's shown me the progress I've made over the past few months as he had a hard time keeping up with me on the hill sprints.

Ready to get this day done. Vacation starts at the end of my work day!!!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love the feeling when you are stronger then a man! My hubby is a big, pretty strong guy so it's nice when I can do something better

It's proven to me that interval training really is different than sustained running. He's convinced, too, and says he'll do more interval and circuit type training with me. I was surprised.
