I was good about doing p90x3 daily and I'm still swimming three times a week. I ate only fish this week and I followed the nutrition plan pretty much. I lost 2 lbs. Now if I can just continue on this path I'll look like the women in the p90x3 infomercial. Cheers to having a goal.

How wonderful! You're really having it going here!!!! I'm much enjoying the P90X3 program as well (so far... I'm on day 2!)! Not following the nutrition plan, though.

Thanks. I'm on week 2 day 2 and I came back to the site today for encouragement. I DO NOT want to do The Warrior today. I'm so tired but I'm going to get off my but and do it anyway. Thanks for the helpful words FS friends!

The Warrior... Ohw! That's up Saturday and I'm gone for the weekend. Phew. I'll get to look forward to it another week. :) GOOD that you got off your but and did it anyways! It's only 30 minutes. And yes, it will make you physically tired, but mentally energized. Try to keep that in mind!!!! You can do it!!!!!!!!
