It's surprising how many calories we consume drinking them. That was a huge eye-opener for me.

So many people log their food AFTER it is consumed when it is too late. I always advise people to log it BEFORE they eat then they know what is going in and can change if required. This may seem so basic to members but really, so many members log after.

Yep and I'm one of those who wing it from meal to meal as to what I'm going to prepare and eat. At the same time I'm preparing different food for husband. And it's worked fine for me. We're all different.
