Well here it is Wednesday and I at least added breakfast on my food logs. I need to go shower and than I am off and running so I can take my mom and sister to their doctor appt. I kept track of food on Sunday and Monday but I need to add them to the log. Yesterday I didn't do so good. I have been to Curve's everyday this week but I might have to miss today cause of the appt but I am going to try really hard to do it. I just know I got to get better with the food logs so that I know what I am eating better and controlling how much I eat.

If you are too busy to exercise just remember, moving is better than standing still, standing is better than sitting and sitting is better than lying down. :)

I'm going to suggest a drastic change! I've been getting all of these updates from people I have added that somehow "supported" my weight loss! So, I have been every size under the sun! I had lapband surgery back in 2007 and gained 30 pounds!!! This is how I lost weight, and more importantly, I have pretty much kept most of it off ;) I am a food addict and I do fall back into bad habits easily!! As soon as I start getting to a certain weight, I return to eating like this! *ONLY eat lean meats and 3-3.5 ounces with two meals a day. "WEIGH YOUR FOOD BEFORE COOKING" Eat only low carb veges and no more than 2 cups with your lean meat. NO Sugar except Stevia! Drink coffee or tea with Stevia only no cream dried or fresh! I drank a lot of club soda with stevia flavored with vanilla cream yum! Eat protein over carbs! Drink 64 ounces of water each day! Make yourself do it! If you feel hungry DRINK a bunch of water! If you eat fruit eat 2 servings a day like a handful of berries- NO BANANAS, NO GRAPES, 1/2 an orange or grapefruit. Take a multi-vitamin and potassium OHHH and order shirataki noodles!! You can mix those with your lean meat and vege and also add Braggs Soysauce any seasonings etc.. its very filling :) It is pretty hard the first 3 weeks of this diet, but after 3 weeks, you feel good and have loads of energy! Its like you are cleansing your body of toxins!! Give it a try! All you have to lose is WEIGHT!! and you can except to lose 1/2 to 1 pound a day! You might stay steady a few days, but look at my history for results if ya like! BEST of luck!! Dieting sucks!!!

I think its been said in all of the diet shows!! Remove yourself from processed food! That especially means diet bars like atkins!! Eat only like nature intended! Lean meats, some fruit, watch the sugar and eat mostly vegetables low in carbs! Asparagus, squash, zucchini, cabbage. Look it up online lowest carb vegs! Lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes are awesome too, but high in sugar!! Enter everything you eat!! Its hard and it sucks, but you will find once you journel every single thing you learn what to cut out!! And you dont miss it ( so much and after 3 weeks lol)

We can all do this!! Tell yourself, i can and will do this!! I can do anything for 1 week!! Get past that first week see 5-7 lbs gone! Do another week! Try to totally stick to the diet! One more week wow another 5-7 pounds! You can totally lose 30 pounds in a month on this diet!! I say weigh everyday, the doctors will tell you once a week, but i like to see results!! It keeps me motivated

Fatty-ass is a dumb ass. If you have good comprehension skills it's fairly easy to know how much weight you really should be losing within a week.

Thanks Greshpoda!~ This is my own personal weight loss. I don't expect every one to lose the same...its just out there as encouragement from a ONCE VERY FAT GIRL!

I have been weighing my food and going to Curve"s. My problem is I spend so much time on the go that it is hard to write things down.
