SherrieC's Journal, 23 April 2014

Today I took off from doing anything. It was a day for me to relax a little and try to feel better from this damn cold. I have been pushing myself all week just to get ready for a yard sale that wasn't even my idea. How I got involved, I couldn't tell you.
Anyway, I was thinking this afternoon, as I went for a cold beer. I feel my stomach getting bigger, and I realized that I haven't really worked out much lately. Guess between this cold and trying to please my mother all the time, I have let things slide when it comes to me and the gym.
Sorry what I was thinking was that I do enjoy a cold beer or two every now and then, and I shouldn't be worried about having it because I am afraid I am going to gain 2 pounds. Don't get me wrong, I am living a healthier lifestyle, and getting in shape but I am not going to sacrifice the things I enjoy eating or drinking. Hope you all have a great day.
