I lost nothing on my fast yesterday. I have one more fast day before feast day tomorrow. I decided to have high fat today on my fast. Coconut oil, butter, 1 egg, mayo.

I'll do a 24 hour fast one-to-two times per week and the six-hour eating window twice a week.

And do you lose weight? Do you exercise as well?

I have been doing it about two weeks I guess--great results. I read about it first on "Marks Daily Apple" and then started reading as much as could about it. Once I was satisfied with my research I employed it in my lifestyle.

Yes, I have been losing quite consistently, I just make sure that my fasting is sporadic and not routine (different days, different amounts of time, different fast breaking meals). I do workout quite a lot sometimes 5-6 days per week--it's not really an option in the Army.
