It's another cold day..
Much to everyone's delight around my place I am in a quiet mood!
I have vowed not to beat myself over the last couple of days. I understand that I have stumbled and yes fallen. But being blessed by the wondersul support of my buddies I have found the strength to get back up, dust myself off and continue on the life long journey.
The next time I am faced by the urge to binge I will ask myself is it worth it? The answer will probably be NO!!
