Yesterday I started measuring my portions rather than guessing. This diet began two ago and at this point I'm stricting to it very closely. I just weighed and I have lost 6 pounds. That is very exciting, since I have'nt exercised. My knees are about 30% better. I don't know if's it mental or actual, but I love being able to walk without holding on. I just went downstairs to weigh and I didn't have to pull myself up with the hand rail. I have double knee surgery scheduled for April 9, but if I continue to improve in the next month, I will cancel until some other date.
