Have been following a modified Keto diet... eating salads with taco meat, stuffed squash (with my special hamburger/Italian sausage/tomatoe sauce and cheese, cottage cheese with blueberries, meat or chicken with green beans.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
