Eh, I'd say it is one of them. Why do you think it is?

You know I think this is true for me too

That's what happens to me when I run five miles. I get super hungry

Reduced a bunch. Hope I still have the motivation to get 3-5 miles per day. Should feel like a short trot. Lol

you know that is funny I always hear about this cardio spiking appetite and I have never felt that effect ever. I burn 400 calories on my bike and it just warms me up. funny how those things work. I guess when your glucose is exhausted it spikes your hunger. interesting difference.

yes, cardio makes me hungry , I still love it, I am not longer walking every day because I don't have time, bu I ride 10 miles bicycle 4-5 days a week . I like to do all kind of exercise to workout my whole body , even yoga for flexibility 😉

I also have days that it is hard to eat 900+ calories, and other days when I can eat 4000+ , Saturdays for example 🙊😂

Lol, I just read baskington's post. A 400 calorie burn wouldn't make me hungry either. My runs burn WAY more than 400 calories.

Not shmee 😂 🤷🏻♀️ But I’m still claiming it spikes my appetite

yes but you eat 4 times what I eat or is that 5. I average 1200 to 1300 calories a day.

Yeah, I mean most any movement makes one hungry. For example heavy factory workers are on their feet all day moving yet they maintain their weight because their appetite increases. If you go from a desk job to a factory job you'll most likely lose a bit and vice versa. It's actually recommended that you eat back some exercise calories to keep your metabolism humming instead of adapting too soon. That's a big reason why my calorie intake is so high. I'm trying to maintain a 500 calorie deficit. I'm in no hurry. It's definitely working.

I eat a little more than 3 times as much as you on average sometimes more sometimes less. Today will be a lower day since I only ran 6 miles.

I wish it were 5. That would be 6k calorie heaven. Maybe when I bulk. 😊

I found out I had to cut my carbs way down. I thought I was doing everything right, but my metabolism just can not burn as many carbs as others can. I thought I’d reduce only carbs for a week and see what would happen. Now my scale is moving in the right direction! Good luck and keep up the great work!

yes most diet plans do end up hungry with work, but that was what I was pointing out, I was not hungry all day after the 600 calorie burn this morning, 500 cardio and 100+ in heavier resistance work. I ate a hefty breakfast of 700 calories, within 3 hours that was all used up. the other 6 hours I just burned fat and I was not hungry.
