oh my! I am feeling like that today😖, I want to eat everything, I ate lunch and dinner already, my eating window is closed🤐, I can not eat nothing else until tomorrow.

Meh - it's not like you do it every day. Won't even be a speed bump. I had a regular sized chocolate covered raised doughnut on Sunday, cuz I could. Was an awesome lunch. Again, won't do it often, but still was within calorie limit so not an ounce of guilt or remorse. Enjoy the journey. :)
