So much for positive planning. Went waterside dinning with the hubby on Monday. Stuck to the diet if you don't include the wine.
Yesterday we took MIL out for her Birthday. Again, stuck to the diet if you don't include the wine.
I am such a wino...
Back on the horse today, old school keto. Coconut Oil in my Coffee.
I wish my head would stop stressing about my trip to NY in 2 weeks. I hate traveling.
Oh well, today will be a good day.

wino-lol I go in waves. when I lost the most weight, I did it on wine (not healthy lol) now I just look at a glass and I think PIZZA too. remember studies say wines good for ya.. ummm
