@a_healthier_crista Thanks! I've done keto since December 4th, I did fall off the wagon for about a month and gained about 7 lbs back, but otherwise I have stuck pretty well to plan. IF is great, a lot of people naturally start just because they are satiated longer. Yesterday I fasted about 28-29 hrs. If it is something you want to do you need to figure out what works best for you and what your goal is. For example my typical eating window is 2p-8p so I do 18/6 most days, but I don't stress about it, if I'm hungry I'll eat unless I don't have time then I'll chug some water. If you know that you have to eat breakfast, and you want a 12/12 fast you could eat between 8a-8p. Make it fit your life. If you want to do later eating like me, skip breakfast see how long you can go, and just keep pushing it back an hour one a week til you hit your goal. Hope this helps!
