Two pounds in three days? I've been trying to weigh myself only on Friday mornings but all I can say is period/water weight maybe? Scale said 272.6 first, tried it again twice and both times said 271.4. (Not complaining as I only lost .8 lb for the entire week last week.)
271.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 131.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
