Today I’m happy to share that I have lost 17 pounds within the last 3 months I’m so proud of this journey that I have continued on and support of close friends, inspiring workout coaches, and monitoring my nutrition, and my amazing workouts, also changes in my personal life..taking back my power, strength, wisdom, and courage..control, self-esteem, and confidence. I still got work to do but these results don’t lie!!!
