Had to set a new 5 lb goal since I made it finally to my last goal. I feel smaller goals work better. Then I can see where I’m happy with my weight. Since ones weight doesn’t have to be what doctors and charts tell you to be fit.

I’ve decided to try it out too. But does seem like such an odd way of eating, I’m afraid I won’t be able to stick to it at all! Hopefully you’ll get into the swing of things soon!
