I really want to try keto but I'm not really sure where to start with it? maybe because i see a lot of people eating avocados & coffee which im not a fan of.... what does some of your meals look like for the day? of how did you get into it?

I eased into it. Started with low carb and cutting down my carbs as I comfortably could. Then went into Keto (LCHF) after a month of doing that. It was an easier transition for me. Dietdoctor.com is a great website as well as searching Pinterest about Keto. The thing is that no matter what eating plan you choose to do, you cannot look at it as a short term diet or temporary fix. You need to find something that not only works for you, but is something you can live with and not feel deprived. I was never a “sweets” person although I was very much addicted to soda! Once you stop consuming your old unhealthy foods and drinks and start fueling your body with healthier, tasty things...your tastes and cravings change.

Sweet, i'll check that website out. Thank you. & right pop was my biggest weakness but i cut that out since January.
