well i feel like we cheated somehow because, well we had cheerios for snack at 9:00pm its now 11:05pm and we maid sure we didn't go to sleep after having our big snack.... this is week 2 on phase2..and we don't want to get disappointed if we weigh ourselves. I personally don't feel like I’ve lost anything, but I could see that my roommate has...so maybe i have aswell. Eather way i'm proud of myselfe because i havn't given up.

I feel wonderful after working out, its a good feeling like flying or somthing. A feeling i have't felt for years. yeah it was hard at first,but once i ran and loved that feeling after acomplishing somthing (my miles), i just want to keep on going and feel good about myselfe.This is the great feeling i'v been wanting for ever. Now i'm running to meet that wonderful feeling at the end of the track.Hope everyone is doing well on their diets and keep smashing.

WELL TODAY IS DAY3 PHASE2 AND WE ARE DOING VERY WELL.WE FIND PHASE2 MUCH EASYER THAN 1, SO WE FEEL REALLY GOOD ABOUT THAT.
