Has anyone done Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
Haven't tried her DVD, but--Jillian has her nutritional info right! Her recipes are kicking my weight loss into high gear. Men-Stop eating all soy (except soy sauce) and start eating beans, add a little exercise and get your hormones back on 'your team'- fighting fat. Whoa, this is the real deal. Thanks Jillian!
