I am a international intuitive who does spirit guide and angelic messenger readings as well as offering holistic services such as e-courses, reiki, vision board workshops ( I set up small businesses when asked and in the tax season (Jan - June), I also prepare income taxes.

I am a mother of 3 adult children, a grandmother of 2 on my side and 5 through my step children. I am living with my soul mate and am ready to get through this weight gain that has attacked my body over the past 8 years.

If you go to My Weight History and on the right hand side there is a title that says either edit or enter historical weight and it will let you change the weight of a particular day. Hope this helps.

I am new here - question about recording a recipe on the food tracker
When you make a recipe from the forum or from your own recipes, how do you record it on the food tracker? It has individual food options and restaurant options, but what if a recipe or food combination is not in the tracker? Is there a way to add something with a name so you can just pick it again later? Thanks for the help.
